Description: With this service, you have the possibility to choose the place and time at which the package is delivered. Within 24 to 48 hours, your customers will receive their order. Deliveries are made under signature with this service.

Destinations: Paq Premium is available for Spain, Andorra, and mainland Portugal. You can book a shipment from the virtual office of Correos. Orders are delivered at home, in an office or in CityPaq.

Weight and size restrictions: the maximum weight accepted per package is 30 kilos. Each package must measure 210 centimeters (length + height + width). The longest side cannot exceed 120 centimeters.

Rates: the rates for companies are made in a personalized way.

Pro tip: this service is designed so that your orders arrive quickly to their destination. It is the best option for customers who want to receive their purchase urgently.

Paq Standard

Description: The Paq Estándar service is designed for orders that are not urgent. Customers receive their products between 48 and 72 hours.

Destinations: service available for Spain, Andorra, and mainland Portugal. A shipment can be booked from the Correos website. Orders will be delivered at Correos CityPaq, at the offices or at the customer’s address.

Weight and size restrictions: the dimensions of each package cannot exceed 210 centimeters (length + height + width) and 30 kilos of weight.

Pro tip: this service is indicated for the orders that have to be delivered under signature in a fixed term. If you have a contract with Correos you can send up to 10 packages.

Flat Rate Parcel

Description: thanks to the fixed price of this service, merchants can send their orders with the packaging they want regardless of weight.

Destinations: service available for Spain and mainland Portugal. It is an exclusive modality of the Correos Office Network.

Weight and size restrictions: there is no weight restriction for this service. The dimensions of each package will allow more or less weight. The padded envelope measures 425 x 295 mm; the rigid envelope 410 x 310 mm; the medium box 390 x 280 x 190 mm; and the large box 500 x 300 x 300 mm.

  • Paq72 (delivery before 72 hours) are: envelope € 12.90, medium box € 17.90 and large box € 25.89.
  • Paq48 (delivery before 48 hours): envelope € 13.90, medium box € 18.90 and large box € 26.90.
  • Paq24 (next business day delivery): envelope € 16.90, medium box € 20.90 and large box € 31.90.
  • Paq10 (delivery before 10:00 of the next business day): envelope € 26.90, medium box € 32.90, large box € 45.90.

Paq Today

Description: The Paq Today service guarantees the delivery of the package the same day it is collected.

Destinations: national.

Weight and size restrictions: packages cannot exceed five kilos each (the volumetric weight cannot be greater than eight kilos) and the maximum dimensions per package are 39 x 39 x 29 centimeters.

Rates: the minimum price for this service is € 12.80 (excluding VAT). Companies will have a personalized offer.

Paq Light

Description: Small parcel delivery service. Correos deposits the package directly in the mailbox.

Weight and size restrictions: the package cannot exceed two kilos and the maximum dimensions per package are 35 x 23 x 2 cm.

Rates: Correos makes personalized offers to companies.

Weight and size restrictions: the maximum weight per package is 20 kilos (50 kilos of volumetric weight). The dimensions for the boxes are 200 cm (length + height + width), as long as the longest measurement does not exceed 100 cm. For roll or tube-type packaging, the maximum length is 100 centimeters and 15 centimeters in diameter.
