Adapting to changing shipping needs is now effortless! You can temporarily pause your Shipping Rules without the hassle of deleting or modifying them. This means you can quickly adjust your workflows while maintaining your configurations, ensuring greater flexibility and smoother operations.

Undo with ease: cancel shipped orders in one click

Made a mistake on a shipping label? No problem! With our latest enhancement, you can now cancel shipped orders and return them to the Ready to Ship page with a single click. This feature provides seamless order management and enhances your control over the shipping process.

Clarity in excluded rates: no more confusion

Say goodbye to the confusion between excluded rates and critical issues! Excluded rates now come with clear visuals to distinguish them, alongside quick links to Shipping Rules and Carrier Rules settings. Effortlessly manage exclusions and maintain crystal-clear control over your shipping configurations.

API & webhook upgrades: error handling made simple

We’ve supercharged our SHIP API and Order Error Webhooks with two key attributes to simplify error resolution:

• ErrorType: AI-categorized insights (e.g., Invalid Address, System Errors) to pinpoint the root cause.
• ErrorSolution: Clear, actionable steps to resolve errors instantly within your workflow.

These updates give you the tools to solve problems faster, automate smarter, and keep your fulfillment on track without interruptions.

Accelerated rates loader: 90% faster performance

Processing bulk orders just got a massive upgrade! The new Rates Loader cuts loading times by up to 90%, allowing you to process shipments faster than ever. Plus, the addition of a real-time progress bar keeps you informed throughout the process, ensuring efficient and stress-free order management.

New Carrier connections

Early Bird: eco-friendly deliveries in Sweden

We’re thrilled to announce the integration of Early Bird, a Swedish carrier specializing in sustainable last-mile deliveries. Operating primarily in Sweden, Early Bird offers early morning deliveries to mailboxes or pickup points, providing a green and efficient solution for businesses shipping locally.

DPD Portugal: domestic and international services

DPD Portugal is now live on ShippyPro, offering reliable domestic and international parcel delivery services tailored for businesses. If you’re currently using Chronopost Portugal, make the switch to DPD Portugal soon, as Chronopost Portugal will be deactivated shortly.

Paperless customs documentation

You can now transmit paperless documentation for declaring special goods at customs, such as food, alcohol, pharmaceuticals, dangerous goods, and chemicals. This update includes a new type of Electronic Trade Document (ETD): "Other", now supported by FedEx, providing a flexible and efficient way to meet specific customs requirements seamlessly.

International returns with Poste Delivery Business

The International Return Service of Poste Delivery Business is now selectable in the carrier’s return service list. With this update, you can create PDB international returns effortlessly or activate them automatically using Easy Return, simplifying the returns process for global shipments and reducing manual effort.

Signature options and residential delivery

MyDHL Signature Options, UPSv2 Signature Options, and Residential Delivery are now fully configurable in carrier settings. You can enable these options by default for all shipments, offering enhanced flexibility and making it easier to align with delivery preferences or contractual agreements with carriers.

TNT Italy: international shipping integration

TNT Italy’s international shipping services are now fully integrated into ShippyPro. This new feature allows you to ship globally with ease, optimizing data transmission for seamless cross-border deliveries and supporting business growth on an international scale.

New Sales Channel on Octopia: Fruugo

Fruugo is now available as a sales channel on the Octopia marketplace for the UK market. Specializing in a wide range of products including fashion, electronics, home goods, beauty products, and sports equipment, Fruugo provides an excellent opportunity for businesses to expand their reach and sales.

DB Schenker France: package type

You can now declare the specific package type for your DB Schenker France shipments. A new "Package Type" dropdown in the carrier settings lets you choose from Euro pallet, One-way pallet, or Carton, ensuring better shipment customization and improved freight handling.

DAP Incoterm: assign duties and taxes to third parties

With the DAP Incoterm, you can now assign duties and taxes charges to a third party using the new carrier options:

• MyDHL importer of record account number
• FedEx v2 third party account number

This enhancement simplifies your customs declaration process and offers more flexibility in managing shipping costs.
