This month, we’ve rolled out powerful updates to streamline your fulfillment process and help you with your international operations. From real-time updates for labels and a cleaner Orders table layout, to enhanced Amazon order filters and new options for AmazonShipping, Correos, UPS, GLSItaly, and many others. Plus, we’ve added support for the upcoming Windsor Framework and expanded BRT pickup point coverage across Europe.
We’ve redesigned the Orders Table to make it easier to manage your shipments. Section titles are now part of the header, and action buttons have been made more compact. This update gives you more space to focus on what matters, your orders!
We’ve added automatic updates to the Shipped Orders table. Now, label statuses refresh in real-time—no more clicking the refresh button. This update streamlines your workflow, reduces wait times, and makes shipping smoother. The feature will be rolled out to all users within 24 hours.
Amazon orders are now filtered by category and subcategory, allowing for more accurate searches.
We've improved the Amazon Order Type filter by introducing a proper hierarchy between Business and Consumer orders. Each now has its own subcategories, helping you isolate exactly what you're looking for. This solves confusion from previously mixed results and gives you better filtering precision.
This update is especially useful if you manage multiple Amazon fulfillment types and need to streamline specific operations or reporting.
Labels will now follow the sorting order you apply in ShippyPro when printed. This improvement ensures consistency between printed labels, picking lists, and order summaries—especially helpful for ZPL label users.
How it works:
Export your shipment data from Optimizer
We’ve introduced a new Export feature in Optimizer, now available to Premium users. This update allows you to download a CSV file with up to 100,000 shipments based on the filters you apply. Whether you need to analyze performance in Excel or integrate with external tools, this feature makes managing and sharing shipment data much easier.

ShippyPro helps you stay compliant with Windsor Framework requirements by updating your profile and carrier connectors.
Remember to add your EORI Number, British VAT, and UKIMS Number (for Not At Risk B2B shipments) under My Profile > Sender Info.
If UKIMS is missing, your B2B shipments will be considered At Risk (Red Lane). For UPS, FedEx, DHL Parcel UK, and UK Mail, switch to updated connectors (UPS v2, FedEx v2, DHL eCommerce UK) to remain compliant.
BRT’s European PUDO network is now integrated into ShippyPro. When creating a shipment, simply choose BRT as the carrier and select the most convenient pickup point from the dropdown list near the recipient's address. This gives your customers more flexible delivery options and helps streamline the last-mile experience.
Multiparcel shipments are now supported with Correos. ShippyPro automatically includes all necessary parameters when you're shipping multiple parcels under a single order. Everything happens in the backend, so there’s no extra configuration required from your side.
You can now add a custom declaration that will be printed on the commercial or proforma invoice when using UPSv2. This is especially useful for customs requirements. Just enter your sentence in the "Invoice Declaration" field in the carrier options. It will appear in the Declaration Statement section of the invoice.
Give your customers in Portugal the flexibility to pick up their parcels at GLS parcel shops. You can now select GLS Portugal and choose the nearest PUDO point directly from the shipment creation flow. This new option enhances delivery convenience and improves recipient satisfaction.
Connect GLS Portugal to ShippyPro
Tipsa now supports international shipments within ShippyPro. Additional data and an extra label (if required) are handled automatically in the backend. There's no change in the user experience—just seamless international capabilities added to your Tipsa integration.
ShippyPro has expanded its integration with Nacex by adding seven new services, giving you more flexibility in how you ship.
These include both domestic and international options:
13: NACEX DEVOLUCIÓN CAMBIO
20: BALEARES MARÍTIMO
33: NACEX CAMBIO
40: E-NACEX ECONOMY
A: BUSINESS EUROPA
B: ECOMMERCE EUROPA
F: SERVICIO AÉREO
You can now select any of these services directly from your carrier configuration dropdown.
ShippyPro now supports the “All In” supplementary insurance option from GLS Italy. You can activate it in your carrier configuration to ensure full coverage during transit, providing extra peace of mind for both you and your customers.
ZPL label format is now available for both GLS Spain and Portugal in ShippyPro. This label format is ideal for thermal printers and helps speed up the shipping process. To use it, just select ZPL as your preferred format in the carrier configuration.
ShippyPro now supports the new "carrier notes" field for Amazon Shipping. You can enter delivery instructions in the shipping flow or directly in the Ship method. These notes are sent to Amazon and visible to their drivers—helping ensure smoother, more accurate deliveries.
Each of these updates was inspired by feedback from users like you, and we’re proud to deliver solutions that empower your shipping operations. Whether you’re processing bulk orders or fine-tuning your configurations, these improvements are designed to save time, reduce effort, and enhance flexibility.
