Introducing Optimizer, the new Shipping Intelligence tool for monitoring carrier performance, controlling shipping costs, and ensuring an exceptional delivery experience. Access detailed boards and quick filters to analyze transit time and exceptions, spot costly or high-delivery-time destinations, and break down shipping costs by carrier or shipping service.
It’s now available in the Data section of the menu, enabling you to:
- Gain geo-localized & granular insights in real–time: Filter by date, origin, destination & carrier to get detailed performance KPI. Identify costly or slow regions.
- Track carrier performance & monitor costs: Interactive maps to analyze estimated shipping costs, transit time by region, including breakdowns by Carrier or service level.
- Monitor exceptions in real-time by reason: Track exceptions in real–time and understand the reasons to improve your delivery performances.

Poste Delivery Business - International Plus
This new international shipping service, recently launched by Poste Delivery Business, allows you to reach over 200 countries worldwide, expanding your global reach with confidence and reliability. Plus, we’ve added the ability to select the packaging type directly in the carrier settings, simplifying your workflow and ensuring compliance with international shipping requirements.

eBay: missing phone numbers are no longer an issue
For cases where eBay doesn’t transmit the receiver’s phone number—such as orders directed to drop-off points—you can now set a static phone number in the eBay settings. This number will automatically fill in when required, ensuring uninterrupted shipping and meeting carrier requirements. With this improvement, you can avoid delays, comply with carrier requirements, and streamline your order processing effortlessly.
