Product updates – May 2025: order validation in the Ready to Ship table, Auto-Refresh for new orders, Optimizer filtering by carrier, and new delivery options

This month’s updates bring smarter shipping tools and new integrations to streamline your operations. We’re introducing a new validation system in the Ready to Ship table to catch errors before labels are generated, and Auto-Refresh for Orders table to instantly display new orders—no more manual refresh. You can now filter by carrier in the Optimizer for sharper data insights, and explore new releases from our integration team: Venipak, Colissimo QR code for label-free returns, and enhanced delivery scheduling with Poste Delivery Business.



New validation system - spot issues before you ship

We've added a visual alert system to the order table to help you catch and resolve issues before shipping. In the Order ID column, you may now see two types of icons:

  • An orange triangle indicates a warning—a suggestion to review and possibly adjust certain fields that could cause issues with some carriers.
  • A red circle indicates an error—invalid or missing information that will block the shipment.

These indicators highlight problems such as missing shipping addresses or invalid data fields—common causes of carrier rejections and delivery delays.

You can toggle these checks on or off at any time in the table settings, giving you full control over how much detail you want to see. By identifying issues early, you can reduce errors, avoid additional costs, and streamline your shipping workflow.

No more manual refresh needed with Auto-refresh

Managing incoming orders just got easier. We’ve added a new Auto-refresh toggle to the header of the Orders page. When turned ON (which is the default), new orders and updates are automatically imported and displayed in the table—no need to click the refresh button.

Prefer to stay in control? Simply switch the toggle OFF to return to manual mode. In this case, new orders will only appear when you click the refresh button, just like before.

Filter shipping data by specific carrier connection in Optimizer

To help you better segment and analyze your shipping performances and costs , we've introduced a new filter in Optimizer: Carrier Connection. This allows users to break down performance metrics by the specific carrier integration used. Whether you're managing different contracts with the same carrier, tracking outbound vs return shipments, or differentiating B2B from B2C flows, this new filter gives you the precision and clarity needed for smarter decisions.

New carrier integration on ShippyPro: Venipak

Venipak is now available on ShippyPro, expanding your shipping options. Once your credentials are set, you can seamlessly generate labels and manage shipments using Venipak’s trusted delivery network.

Planned Delivery option with Poste Delivery Business

We’ve expanded our Poste Delivery Business integration to support planned deliveries. After selecting the carrier for your shipment, simply click “Add option” to access two new choices: planned delivery by day and planned delivery by time slot. These options give you more flexibility and precision in scheduling deliveries to better meet customer expectations.

QR Code Labelless Returns now available with Colissimo

Making returns easier than ever, Colissimo now supports QR Code Labelless Return directly in ShippyPro. From the Carriers page, just open the Colissimo integration modal and enable the option. Your customers will receive a QR code—no need to print labels—streamlining the return process and improving their experience.
