New to Automation: Meet Auto-Fix - Automatically Correct Recipient Address Errors

What it does: Auto-Fix is the newest workflow action inside ShippyPro's Automation engine. When enabled, ShippyPro's AI automatically detects errors and corrects all recipient fields: company name, address, city, state, postal code, and more. Auto-Fix then retries label generation, all without any manual intervention. If you prefer to limit which fields the AI automation can modify, you can simply deselect the ones you want to exclude while creating the automation workflow.

The problem it solves: Wrong or incorrectly formatted recipient information is one of the most frequent causes of label creation failures and failed deliveries. When a label attempt fails, the order lands in an error queue and someone on your team has to find it, correct the address, and reprocess it manually. During peak volume, that queue grows faster than it can be cleared, causing delays and missed SLAs.

Availability: This feature is currently live for Italian addresses, expansion to additional countries is on it's way.

ShippyPro's Spring 2026 update introduces native integrations for SAP Cloud ERP (via certified partner Syscons), Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Cegid, and OneStock OMS. These pre-packaged connectors bring label generation, carrier selection, and live tracking directly into each platform: no separate shipping interface required. A full REST API is also available for custom integrations with any system not covered by the pre-built connector library.

How does the new Loyalty Pricing structure work?
