Product updates – March 2025: Improved cost visibility and deeper shipping insights, Auto-Retry for system errors, and new carrier integrations

Our latest updates and integrations are here to make your shipping operations more efficient than ever. This month, we’re introducing bulk order assignments to a carrier, a powerful automation tool, enhanced cost visibility, and deeper shipping insights, along with new carrier options like Lettre Suivie Affranchissement and No Limit. Plus, PUDO points are now available for DPD NL and DPD BE. These improvements are designed to support your workflow and simplify your day-to-day shipping tasks.

No more shipping delays from system errors!

System errors during label creation can slow down your workflow, especially when caused by temporary carrier downtimes. With the Auto-Retry orders with system errors feature, ShippyPro will automatically attempt to reprocess failed orders up to three times at set intervals—no manual effort needed. Plus, you can now access workflow logs to track reprocessing attempts and gain full visibility over your shipping operations. This ensures a more seamless shipping process and keeping your operations running smoothly.

Assign multiple orders to a carrier in a single click

Managing shipments just got easier with our new "Ship With" feature! Instead of assigning carriers to each order individually, you can now select multiple orders at once and assign them to a connected carrier in a single click. This streamlined process reduces repetitive tasks and helps you manage shipments faster and more efficiently.

Dive deeper into your shipping data

Understanding your shipping performance just got easier! With the new Drill-down feature in Optimizer, you can click on any key metric or chart to uncover shipment-level details. This allows you to quickly investigate anomalies, track shipments, and spot trends—without manually searching for data.

Automatically retrieves shipment costs data

With shipment cost enrichment, ShippyPro automatically retrieves estimated shipment costs for labels created within the platform. This feature allows ShippyPro to fetch rates from carriers that support Live Rates and also retrieve costs from standard carriers, provided that price lists are properly configured.

New services and Carriers connection

Ship with Lettre Suivie Affranchissement on ShippyPro

ShippyPro now supports Lettre Suivie Affranchissement, a new shipping technology by La Poste. Simply set up your carrier credentials, select your preferred delivery service, and generate shipping labels with ease. Leverage Lettre Suivie Affranchissement’s expertise to optimize your shipping operations.

New carrier integration on ShippyPro: No limit

Our latest integration brings No Limit, a leading Polish logistics operator, into our carrier library. No Limit offers transport, freight forwarding, and logistics services across Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Croatia, Greece, Serbia, Czech Republic, Latvia, and Estonia. With this addition, you can expand your shipping options seamlessly. To get started, configure the carrier by entering your credentials, choosing the delivery service, and selecting your preferred label type.

UPSv2: assign Costs & Duties to third party

Customers can assign shipping charges and duties/taxes to the sender, recipient, or a third party. This provides greater flexibility for businesses managing shipments. This update simplifies cost allocation and ensures smoother cross-border shipping with UPSv2.

DPD NL & BE: PUDO Points & Service Updates

We’ve enhanced our DPD NL and DPD BE integration with two major updates:
PUDO Points Now Available:

• You can now ship to DPD Pick-Up Drop-Off (PUDO) points directly from ShippyPro. To ship to a PUDO location, select the carrier when creating the shipment, then open the dropdown menu under the related carrier option. A list of the closest PUDO points to the destination address will be displayed. Choose the desired PUDO location, which will be set as the shipment's destination.
• Service Updates & Additions: We've expanded the list of available DPD services and updated the commercial names of existing ones for better accuracy. To apply these updates, simply select the desired service from the relevant dropdown menu in your carrier configuration.

These updates ensure you have access to the most complete and up-to-date carrier options, making shipping with DPD NL and BE easier than ever.

Chronopostv2: Chrono 13H Instance Poste and Chronopost 13H Instance Agence

We’ve expanded the Chronopostv2 integration with two new services: Chrono 13H Instance Poste and Chronopost 13H Instance Agence.

If the recipient isn’t home at the time of delivery, here’s what happens:

• By selecting Chrono 13H Instance Poste, the package will be dropped off at a post office.
• By selecting Chronopost 13H Instance Agence, it will be delivered to a Chronopost PUDO location instead.

These options are already available in your carrier configuration, making the service even more complete and up to date.
