Simplify customs clearance and upload customs documents after Shipping

Our integration with UPS has been upgraded to the OAuth 2.0 method, required from 5th August to continue using UPS services. This new method ensures secure, uninterrupted service, and also provides access to the new Proof of Delivery (POD) method.
