Choose what values appear in your picking list
You can now choose whether to display item and order values when generating the picking list. This allows you to tailor what warehouse teams see, keeping financial details private when needed.
How to generate a Picking List:
- Select the orders and click on Create Picking List
- Check the box to show/hide values
- Save settings as default
Keep manifests clean and secure
You can now decide whether to show item and order values in shipping manifests. This flexibility allows you to maintain confidentiality for warehouse staff and meet operational preferences.
How to generate a Manifest:
- Select orders and click on Create Manifest
- Check the box to show/hide values
- Save settings as default
Spot high quantities instantly in picking list
Items with quantities greater than one will now appear in bold red on the picking list. This visual indicator helps operators easily spot high-quantity items, reducing picking errors.
Export Carrier Notes in the Order Summary export
The Carrier Note field has been added to the Order List Excel export. This includes special instructions or coordination notes for carriers—making communication and tracking easier.
How to export an Order Summary:
- Go to Ready to Ship or Shipped tabs
- Click on More Actions > Create order summary
Actionable insights every week
Explore their shipment data and extract actionable insights can be hard sometimes. To address this, Optimizer now delivers personalized weekly insights directly within the Overview tab.
These insights are tailored to highlight key performance trends and improvement areas, helping quickly understand the most important takeaways without needing to dive deep into the shipments details. Want to investigate further? Export a CSV or go to the other boards to go in detail.
