We are happy to announce two exciting new functions in our Track&Trace tool!
Thanks to our brand new editor for transactional email templates, you will be able to fully customize the transactional emails you send to your customers. You can upload your logo and decide what to show your customers for every transactional email, corresponding to every possible status of the delivery.
You can decide which mails you want to send your customers, by clicking in Track&Trace>Email>Email triggers. And by now, you can also set which emails you want to receive in copy, in order to be always 100% updated about what is happening (e.g. setting an email trigger for on hold and exceptions can be a great way to solve issues immediately!).
